'Acting is as much about voice as it is about appearances. Same can be said of life, because life is as about how you say things as it is about what you say.,
Hans Clarin, a gifted German actor who was quite popular during the 70's, had this to say in response to a question regarding his frequent stereotyping as a voice actor. While the sentiment couldn't be truer, it also makes us think about life as a play “ a typically Shakespearean concept.
The motive we have behind quoting Mr Clarin here is to celebrate the fact that he was a son of Wilhelmshaven “ the city that is the subject matter of this write-up.
In this write-up, we will try to round up the state of hospitality in Wilhelmshaven, with everything from cheap hotels to luxury resorts being covered. But before we get to the point, it would be well worth trying to know the city briefly.
Located by the North Sea Bay of Jadebusen, Wilhelmshaven is a port town on the Mediterranean, mostly popular because of its quality beaches and water sports that accentuate the popularity of these beaches. A host of nearby historic monuments and natural escapade-places mean that Wilhelmshaven automatically becomes a great tourism destination. The only problem remains that it doesn't hold as much popularity among tourists visiting Lower Saxony (the province in which Wilhelmshaven is located).
That could, however, change if you were to include it in your itinerary the next time you choose to travel to Germany!
