the hotel, rooms and dining were excellent. The area though was a little bit scary at night due to covid it was kinda of isolated and sketchy characters walking around at night.

This hotel was very clean, the staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The breakfast staff/waitress were upbeat and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot to choose from and the price was reasonable. The only negative review I would say about this hotel was that after the event at the Webster Arena which ended about 8:30 the staff/waiters at the Martini Bar were not equip to handle a large crowd of hungry people. They seemed confused, like they had never taken meal/drink orders before. Customers were told they could sit anywhere, some choose to sit in the bar area and some choose to sit in the area where breakfast is served. The customers who chose to sit in the bar area were not acknowledged by the waiters. After sitting there for about 30 minutes without being acknowledged, my husband and I as well as others decided to leave.
