Outstanding room and service. This is my 3rd visit. The staff is phenomenal and everyone is so nice and they greet you in the hallways. The staff makes you feel welcome and special. That's why I will come back whenever I'm in Charleston.

The staff on arrival was welcoming and engaging. Our check in process was efficient and informative. The room clean and amenities in place. Each time we were entering or leaving the hotel we were greeted by name and engaged in conversation. It was a wonderful experience, worthy of a return visit.
