While traveling with a group we experienced all the following issues: King bed that was two singles pushed together, rooms unfinished, ant infestation, air conditioning units hanging off the wall, tvs with no controllers, a pitbull running the halls of the hotel with police being called,and ran out of milk for breakfast. We travel very often and I can say this is the worst group stay I have ever booked in the past five years. Really disappointing. This is a very dirty hotel.

I booked rooms there for my sister's wedding guest and everyone complained. Some of them had blood on the bathroom toilet and floor. There were roaches in the rooms, the hallways smelled musty, and the front desk staff wasn't courteous. They did give some guests a night's stay but no one really wanted to stay. Overall, the experience wasn't good at all to come so far from home and not really be able to relax for fear of roaches.

The guest was a given a free room and expected us to be like a Marriott Hotel for a Days Inn price and they did have lots of wedding jitters that we had no control over because it was held elsewhere. Our hotel building looks like an expensive hotel from the outside road.

The hotel wasn't bad considering the price, but there were roaches in our room. The first room we had the A/C didn't work so we had to move. We only had four towels in our room and there were two adults and three kids so when I went down and asked for more towels since we had gone swimming they told me they didn't have anymore and gave me two. We had 11 rooms booked and only 6 from our party ended up staying here because they had more problems than we did. Again, I'll state that the rooms weren't bad for what we paid but I will definitely not be staying here again.

We sometimes have people staying at the hotel that do not follow Fire Marshall Laws of 4 persons maximum occupancy per room and they know that they should have rented 2 rooms instead of one. Still we continue to serve with real loveand joy despite demands that are expected for a lot more than what is paid for. I'm sure we told the guests that the rest of the towels would be sent to the room. That is our standard procedure.
"Staff Did Not Have Crib nor Handicap Room as Requested. "

This is good for the price but if you have specific request, give it up. This is the 2nd time staying here. On the 1st stay, we requested a crib and we didn't get until midnight and then on this visit, we didn't get one and they told me they had no clue where it was. I am also disabled and cannot really go too far and they put us on the 2nd floor at the very end so I had to go back and get another room. I had requested a room on the ground level. If you are staying one or two nights and don't mind haggling with the staff to get what you need, then this is your place to stay.

Dear Guest,If the room is booked as handicapped room which is PNK1 (King Handicapped) or PND2 (Handicapped Double) then no doubt you will get that room. If the room is booked as economy standard and at check-in suddenly a handicapped room is asked for then if the handicapped rooms are occupied, we are unable to help the situation. As for the cribs, we have three in use in the hotel and if they are all being used we are unable to fulfill that last minute request. We did just for you open up a new 4th crib and put it together and sorry it took us that long. Most of the guests carry their own cribs that are more personal for the toddlers.

Nice clean hotel with free hot breakfast and also safe location.HAVE BALCONY VIEW FROM ROOMS.One mile from The Galleria Mall.Have Metro bus stand at the hotel sight for travel and sight seeing in Birmingham.Have BAR-31 Sports Bar and Grill on hotel site.
