My family and three other family members all stayed at this location. The staff was very friendly always greeted us with a smile and hello each time we left or came back to the hotel. They were very knowledgeable about the area and even suggested places to to dine and attractions to see. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My family and I were in town for an unfortunate situation but the Holiday Inn made it better for all of us. I highly recommend thus property to everyone and we would all stay there again. Also the breakfast was incredible.

Pros first they let us check in a bit early which really helped with getting to our meeting on time. Staff was very nice, hotel was clean and beds/pillows comfortable. Cons after a long day, close to 10:30pm we were all unpacked and about to shower. NO HOT WATER. (how did the cleaning crew NOT KNOW there was no hot water?? Cleaning with cold water is scary. And when you turned on the hot water it made a horrible sound, that would alert anyone) We called front desk and they had no repairman till morning, they said he could be there by 9:00 am, our next meeting was at 8:30 am so that wouldn't work, then they offered us another room. We had to pack all our stuff back up and go swap keys to move up two floors. It was very inconvenient. But worse we get up there and THE KEYS DON'T WORK. I have to go back downstairs to get them to fix that on the ONLY working elevator that was very slow and sounded like it was about to go out. We didn't settle in till after midnight at this point. The second elevator was out. I know these things happen but as large as that hotel is they need three or four working elevators. There was always a line and many times you couldn't fit so had to wait quite a while for it to come back. It's a tough decision, I don't know if I would stay again.

VERY comfortable room. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Nice Breakfast section. Did not appreciate that they did not clean the rooms during the stay (covid). Also the elevator was a bit wonky we used the stairs after the first day suspect that will be corrected by the time you read this. Bottom line: I will stay there again if in the area.

I stayed here and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Got my keys and went to my room. Was very surprised it was so large! Did have to go to the desk because I didn't know that you pull up on the handle to get in, not down. Room was very clean and nicely laid out. Towels were good size but one extra couldn't hurt. I drink coffee and there was only two Kcups available. Went downstairs for more coffee. Breakfast was good in the morning. Brought my food and two cups of coffee back to my room as it was a bit crowded with other guests downstairs. I will be back at this hotel again if I need to go to any function up in Irving again.
