When we walked in the lobby to check in, a woman was complaining no TV reception and a 2nd guest was saying this was the worst Best Western he's ever stayed in and advised us not to stay. We checked the room and decided for one night it was ok. Never again. one set of towels and no bathmat. No TV reception. Closet door missing. No room phone. Two huge dumpsters completely full in parking lot. Dog poop by outside elevator access. Adolescent boys running around, slamming doors, arguing and an adult male who sounded like he was with them talking loud on a phone. That went on until after one am. Nice area of town but what kind of place was this? won't use a 3rd party booking anymore as there was no way to be compensated for sleepless night and subpar standards.

This place was really nice for the price! Check in was quick, I snagged a room poolside. The grounds are groomed and clean, as well as my room. Breakfast was awesome too! I recommend this place if you are looking for value for your money. It was a lot nicer than I expected for the price.

Property Description

We are a three-tier resort style destination offering a blend of traditional rooms and guest suites with a sophisticated southwestern design. Our traditional guest rooms feature one king size or two queen size beds, complimentary cable television on our new 32-inch LCD Flat-screen Televisions, free local phone calls, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, two line data port telephones, voicemail and free wireless internet access throughout the property. Every two-room suite features a refrigerator, microwave and wet bar. Every deluxe two-room suite features two TV's and a fully equipped kitchen including range, dishwasher, cooking utensils and a dining area. Each guest will also enjoy a complimentary deluxe breakfast buffet every morning from 6:00 am to 10:00 am with hot items such as eggs, ham, sausage and gravy. Cold items include assorted pastries, bagels and muffins.While at the hotel, guests can take advantage of our outdoor heated pool, a luxurious putting green and our on-site fitness center. Guests can enjoy their morning newspaper outdoors by utilizing our newly renovated courtyards or our brand new outdoor covered patio. A self-service business center provides guests with the flexibility they need to keep business on the move away from the office.
