Okay. The location of the hotel next to the convention center and near restaurants was excellent. But the hotel rooms, although roomy, had thin, stained and ratty carpets. I didn't expect clean sheets every day but I did expect them to at least make the bed up. Didn't happen. The "Free" Internet never worked. If you managed to get a connection it would throw you out after a few minutes and I heard several other people complaining to the desk about this. Busy airports manage to handle large numbers but Clarion can't. Overall I would pick another hotel nearby and pay a little more. Sorry Clarion but I can't recommend it after seeing so many other hotels nearby.

The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. All the rooms also had a refrigerator in them which was nice. It is a Disneyland Good Neighbor hotel so you know that it has to be a certain quality in it's type of hotel to get that rating. We stayed here with a high school group and it was nice that they were able to put us all on one floor. Prior to our arrival I was in contact with Group Sales. Mitzi, the woman that I dealt with, was very nice, helpful and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again when in the Anaheim/Disneyland area.

The Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort is a full service hotel located just 1 block from the Disneyland Resort and steps from the Anaheim Convention Center campus. This Anaheim hotel is a 10-time Gold Award winner, Choice Hotels most prestigious award for excellence in cleanliness and customer service. The hotel offers 284 spacious non- smoking guestrooms, free high speed internet access, a year round heated outdoor pool, Tivoli Garden restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner (kids under 10 eat free with a paying adult), Canteena Lounge with happy hour from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
