Hotel was clean but being on the first ground level there was some mustiness in the room. The pool was not open which we were disappointed especially in the middle of June.

The Heritage House is a AAA 3 diamond, 143 room hotel. FREE wireless Internet throughout the property and Coffee Makers and Refrigerators appoint every room. Located in the Main Street Waterfront District of Hyannis. Walk to Hyannis Harbor, Ferries, Fishing, Shops, Restaurants, JFK Museum and the Scenic Train and Transportation Center are right across the street.
