Great location, nice lobby. We stayed in two rooms, two Q bed, had a balcony on one, great room. TV worked good, A/C good. The beds very comfortable and nice sheets. The hotel has a Starbucks at lobby. The morning breakfast at restaurant had buffet or A La Carte both great selections of food. The restaurant outside had great live music and food was very good. Like to give praises to Karen during breakfast and to Journey during dinner, both very jovial and nice. The beach is very nice and a few steps from hotel, great sand, clean. Scott was welcoming and nice during at reception, was very helpful. Overall good experience, recommended.

We reserved a room with a balcony and were given a room that had a walkway. The quests above us emptied their cooler over the railing almost soaking us. I feel we were charged for everything including parking which was a nightmare, no valet parking yet we paid 22.00 for parking as a guest in your hotel.

The room and common areas were immaculate. Hard to find parking in adjacent lot however, there was additional parking across the street. Don't think you should have to pay for parking since it's so hard to come by. Waited 45 minutes in line to Check in. Asked for additional coffee and cups for the room, never got them. Staff was super nice and the bar/grill had good food.

The experience was fine. I was able to check in early but then didn't get the ocean view room which was a bummer. I didn't realize that would happen until I got to the room and it was the farthest from the ocean. The room was nice but the WiFi wasn't working. I could get on but nothing would load. The hotel was under a lot of construction but the areas that were done looked nice. I was a little surprised there wasn't any breakfast beyond room service but there are restaurants close by. The shuttle service is awesome. They will take you anywhere and pick you up within five miles of the hotel. I'm not sure it's worth the price. You are paying for the beach right outside the door.

the pool/beach/patio area was very nice, food was really good (although they got my order wrong)the room well lets say there was a heavy moldy/musty smell, but I guess that's why they had a very loud dehumidifier(and full of water,I emptied when I got in the room) the spider in the shower was a nice touch since it is so close to Halloween, there was also large clumps of dirt that had blown out of somewhere on the beds and floor, other than that is was a pretty nice stay, I only stayed one of my two nights I had reserved.

Hotel was beautiful, lovely view, fun live music, great food at the Surfside Lounge and very friendly staff. However, I had $140 cash stolen from my room on our 2nd day there. I reported it right away, was told a manager would get back to me, took more than 24 hours to hear back. Not a good feeling that you can't trust people with keys to your room.
