We thank you for your feedback and also apologize for the inconvenience that Hurrican Beryl caused you and many others including this hotel. We are still without power along with majority of the city. Once we have restored power we would gladly like to make things right. We fully refunded anyone we had to cancel during this time and hope for another chance in the future.
