There was plenty of eateries close to the hotel and stores if we needed something. The area is one of my favorite spots it is beautiful.
Hotel was close to friends and family in the area which is why we stayed there.
Everything I needed to do was close, many choices for local dining.
We were there for my son's wedding at a nearby campground at serenity point. Summersville Lake is beautiful along with all the scenery. It was a wonderful wedding!
We were only passing through Summersville to get to Flatwoods/Sutton. The area where the hotel was located seemed safe had a number of food and shopping options. The land was clean as in there weren't plastic bags floating past you in the wind
Many things to see and places to shop without having to travel for miles between location. Lots of options for restaurants. Everybody we had communication with was very friendly and helpful.

It's a mix of quaint and contemporary with a variety of restaurants and things to do.
We have friends that camp on the lake and we have the boat. So much fun. We also like the flea market coming into town.
