Located minutes away from the headquarters of Wells Fargo, the downtown financial district, and Des Moines International Airport. Our visitors have access to many local attractions including the Iowa Events Center/Wells Fargo Arena, Science and Botanical Center, and Des Moines Civic Center to name a few. Here you will also find shopping, lakeside restaurants, running trails, and an outdoor amphitheater for enjoying concerts and other activities all within walking distance. As the leader in extended stay lodging, our homelike surroundings invite you to relax, and our community atmosphere will make you feel welcome. The Residence Inn is an all-suites property. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and living area with a pull-out sofa sleeper. The hotel has three suite types to choose from to accomodate everyone from the single traveler to a family or group of 6. The suite types are the one-bedroom, studio king and two-bedroom. The hotel offers a complimentary full, hot breakfast buffet each morning and a Manager's reception Monday through Wednesday evenings. For guests using GPS devices, use 160 S 68th Street, West Des Moines, IA 50266 as property address. We are located on the west side of 68th St on Jordan Creek Mall property.
