"Best front desk check in experience."

The room was ok, bathroom door didn't shut and the carpet edges weren't the cleanest. But the front desk check in was amazing. Spoke not only to myself and my family so kindly, but to every person that came in the door. She made sure to tell us their names and that they would be there until 11pm if we needed anything. My son and I were in town for a basketball game and she asked how his games went. After a long day of three basketball games, it was so wonderful to feel welcomed by someone who cared. We spend a lot of time in hotels. We were recommended this one by another parent on the team because of their own experiences here. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

We stayed here twice within three days during a trip. First night staff was amazing, got us checked in quickly and kindly and our room was great. Room was clean and quiet. The next stay three days later was one of the grossest experiences I've had at a hotel. We were assigned a room that looked like someone had just stepped out of garbage cans full, garbage on the surfaces and a clear dent where someone had been recently laying (pillows messed up, covers wrinkled ). We received another room which was an accessible room. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. When inspecting the bed we found pillows covered in some sort of nasty goop. I don't even want to imagine what it might have been. The desk clerk rounded up a few new pillows for us but at that point we had the ick and did not feel great about being there. The staff member appeared to be alone and not super concerned with our experience. In a small complex with all newer hotels I'll make a different choice next time.
