I booked on line b/c we were having work done in our home and needed to be out of our home for one night. Also looked for a place to take our two cats. Did find a boarding place for them later. My daughter works across the street and needed to be in room before I could arrive. I called to hotel call center for phone no of Malvern moore hall location. I got this PERSON who told me all info in computer was wrong. THat was after trying to find my confirmation no three times. She then proceded to cancel my reservation. It gets better! Then told me there were no nonsmoking rooms available at either location in Malvern,PA I told her to rebook that room b/c she created them problem. I hung up very upset. Needed a place to stay. My daughter found direct phone no to hotel on Moorehall rd. The Manager? listened to my problem and conected me to Call center to book a room reassuring me there were rooms. I spoke with Cameron and booked a room using my credit card. Thinking all was well when my daughter arrived she was told that was only to hold room. The front desk needed the credit card when speaking with me on the phone and oked use of my card and my daughter was able to enter the room. later when I arrived we were able offered extra blankets and were able to get more towels and coffee pot and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very tired and the booking experience did not help. The front desk person on duty at evening and morning was very friendly personable.

Friendly, informative service, especially at the front desk when I arrived Wednesday evening at 8:30. Price was reasonable and everything was very good, but the woman at the front desk when I arrived pushes my rating to 5/5!

I was very please with my stay at Malvern, Great Valley. I was welcomed and registered immediately and was in my room within minutes of arriving. My room was clean and comfortable, although I'm not a big fan of the sink and tub finish. I had a great night's sleep and was refreshed the following morning. Thank you.
