So, 1st I was charged $30 more than a room actually cost apparently because I clicked on the wrong phone number when booking a room at your hotel and I guess I ended up booking it through a 3rd party agency. Then I discovered that the pool and exercise area were closed along with no free continental breakfast due to covid so how about reducing your prices since your saving money on these items, oh shower head didnt work either, disappointed in the entire stay. Sorry just being honest, we'll try another hotel next time. Bob Runco.

The Hotel was misrepresented by the .com where I placed my reservation. I asked for three things. a queen or king size bed, a free continental breakfast and a free shuttle to and from the airport. I was assured of all 3. Upon arrival, from two hrs away, I find out that there's no shuttle to the airport, at all. The staff was very nice. The floors were sticky throughout. In the morning the breakfast was disappointing, having no real meat included except for some minced ham in the scrambled eggs.

Looked pretty clean (which is a HUGE plus). BUT, Top bed sheet and comforter are one piece. I can't imagine they get washed daily. Whatever plant next door kept an annoying noise the entire night. The shower didn't drain. I didn't wanna stand in hubby's dirty water to shower. So I did not get a shower. 12 miles from the hospital, which is why we stayed there. However, took us over a hour drive.
