RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is between ___________________________, hereinafter referred to as “Renter”, and Comfort Suites Pflugerville, hereinafter referred to as “Comfort Suites”. It is expressly understood that no one may rent facilities at Comfort Suites until and unless in compliance with the terms hereof.
1. Full payment must accompany this signed agreement. Without full payment, within 24hours of the scheduled start date & time, the meeting room may be released, reassigned and this Meeting Room Agreement will be voided.
2. Renter shall give an $80 cleaning fee deposit, that will be refunded at the end of the event after inspection of the venue from a Comfort Suites staff member.
3. The Renter shall have access to and use of the venue from ________ o’clock on ____________, to ___________ o’clock on __________, for the purpose hosting the Renter’s _______________________________________ event. Comfort Suites will give access 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event for set up, and will allow 30 minute after for clean up.
4. There are enough Chairs for up to 30 People that will be provided by Comfort Suites, and we will provide up to 4 folding tables if needed.
5. Renter is responsible for removing all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it, or there will be an additional Fee for our staff to clean the venue.
6. The full rental fee for the use of the venue described above shall be $_____________. This total includes the refundable (cleaning fee) as long as venue is in the same condition as when the Renter took control of it.
FEE SCHEDULE
Full Day: $300 anything over 7 hours
Half Day: $180 5 to 6 hours
Per Hour Rate (3 hour Minimum): $40
Cleaning Fee: $80
