Everyone has heard of the tropical paradise called Koh Samui. Located in the Gulf of Siam, we have found the perfect place for your getaway on the very end of Maenam Beach.
**In the lush tropical gardens and coconut plantations, our airly, spacious traditional Thai and Southern style bungalows are carefully built to harmonize
with their natural surroundings.**
**Our own private Leam Sai beach is secluded and free of the noise and commotion of everyday life, ensuring your total relaxation.**
**Since being the environmental friendly resort, our Ban Laem Sai has been awarded by Tourism Authority of Thailand: Award of Excellence for Resort Hotel Tourist Accommodation (Less than 80 rooms) in the South 2008.**
**Fair House Villas & Spa is located on the Maenam Beach on the northern shores of the tropical island of Koh Samui. The resort opened in January 2006 with a total of 72 modern Thai Villas and Chalet style rooms. All with individual terrace and balcony. The resort has a secluded private beach adjacent to the 2 km long Maenam Beach.**

There are 5 units of Fair House Pool Villa (each is 95 sq. m.). The unique villa located next to a Jacuzzi Villa suitable for honeymoon couple or family.
