"Absolute failure of customer service."

We booked over a month in advance Came down for the car show they Failed to book my friends room so he hAd to stay in my room on the couch they said they would give us extra bedding so we went to the show came to the room after and nothing was there And they closed their doors early and don't open till 9 am so no morning coffee either.
