So there I am with my family standing outside the room of someone we just woke up trying to figure out what we are doing there. Then I went back to the front kiosk and spoke with a representative who gave me a key for another room. After walking over there, the key didn't work. So we canceled the reservation and stayed at a nearby hotel.
