Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are clean and quiet. We appreciate the breakfast. We have stayed here many times over several management years. OUr biggest incentive has been the stay and fly option. We stay one night, leave our car, use the shuttle and upon our return the shuttle is available and we stay another night usually before driving home (several hours drive). There is a cost involved now but less than the airport. We are in our 70s so the PHX airport parking lot and tram is much more difficult for us than it used to be.
I had a terrific experience staying at the resort for a birthday celebration in Sedona AZ.
