The Inn towner has great customer service! We stayed here for their proximity to UW Hospital and are so glad we did. The shuttle service saved us money on parking and headaches getting around. The free breakfast was great! And the restaurant meals were reasonable and very good! We would not hesitate to stay here if need be, again.

As always, this Best Western has left a stellar impression. The rooms, halls and the rest of their amenities are always spotless. They have a shuttle that will take you not only back and forth to the Hospital/clinics, but will also transport you up to two miles away, like to the Target, Walgreens, etc., for anything you may have forgotten. The Best Western is also a short walk to the hospital if you're inclined to hoof it, maybe taking 10 15 minutes in a very safe and clean neighborhood, but let's face it, the whole city of Madison and its surroundings are always safe and clean.

From checking in to checking out, our experience was wonderful! The staff was always extremely friendly. The rooms, pool and other common areas were kept clean. The breakfast was the best we've had a hotel in a long time! We are very happy with the service we were provided.
