This is the only hotel I will stay at in big rapids. It always feel so comfy, cozy and a home away from home. The night front desk lady was amazing and made sure to get my kids hot coco and cookies before bed.
Room was clean and useable for my son in a wheelchair. Bathroom door was opening backwards but we could still work with it. Staff was very helpful and the room was at a ADA status and very useful which we've found is not true with most motels. Breakfast was good but just average in choices. We would definitely return.
Pet Friendly is a plus. Room was clean and very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The desk staff was very nice and friendly.
Beds too hard, lousy TV service, same crappy breakfast food for three days.

We have a breakfast buffet that is included in the price of the room. We always have oatmeal, waffles, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, danishes, muffins and cereal. Every day we switch up hot entrees. We rotate a meat, egg and potato choice everyday, between sausage patties, links, bacon and ham, scrambled eggs, egg patties, omelets, other rotated options include pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy or corned beef hash. We are constantly looking for things to improve our breakfast buffet but we already get high praise for the quality of what we offer.
