The hotel changed reservation vendors between when I made the reservation and when we arrived. We were booked for four nights (2 rooms) and only the first night transferred over. Everything is booked in Juneau in the summer, so I was starting to panic. I don't know how they did it, but they managed to accommodate us and even apologized! The rooms are huge, with full kitchens, so you can opt to eat in if you want. Really terrific.
Room was very comfortable with full kitchen and laundry. Service was very nice and helpful. Hotel even has a small gym. Very comfortable. Also used the shuttle service to get us to the ferry terminal.
