Michael at the front desk is so polite and respectful. Very clean rooms and there's nothing to complain about during my stay!
Staff made our stay extremely comfortable and accommodated our needs as requested. One member even opened the elevator for me when my hands were full and another was courteous enough to sanitize the kitchen area after I let them know that I had had a cold and would not like to get anyone else sick.They proceeded to clean up right away.
Had to make a very last minute booking here on my way to Chicago because of the snowstorms. The guest services manager and employees were super helpful and accommodating!
