Teri was absolutely wonderful as was the shuttle driver, young man in the afternoon. You lady printed out my boarding passes.
Staff was helpful, kind and courteous. Rooms were very clean, comfortable. Very nice place to stay.
We were treated with such compassion by Ruby at the Front Desk as we checked in. Being of the "Older Generation" we had messed up on the Reservation. Ruby was so calm and helped us to straighten everything out. We said .. Please tell your Boss that we think you need a Raise. She gave us her beautiful smile. We are so very grateful for the care we received.
Room very well appointed. Mattress actually comfy. Pillows excellent.
One of the very best hotels that we have ever stayed in.
Hotel was much more than I expected! Quality room! Cordial and competent staff from front desk to beverage and food to shuttle to the airport!
