Very polite staff including in the restaurant. Room was comfortable and being opposite the bus stop allowed for a continuously changing floor show. Really got a kick out of the guy who arrived at the stop at 4.30 am, made a little "fort" with a bike and two scooters, laid down his floor cloth and went straight to sleep. He was just waking up slowly when I ate breakfast.
We were welcomed promptly and professionally. Anastasia was knowledgeable and friendly both times. The Tempo restaurant was efficient, friendly, and great staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Checkout was a breeze.
Even though there were a couple of misunderstandings with our booking, everyone was very patient and helpful to sort things out for me, which was really appreciated. The hotel is very nice and the staff are so welcoming. Big thank you to Patrick, who was so kind to us, along with Darian and all the staff for their support.
