This was a wonderful stay in San Anselmo. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and the property was quiet, clean and beautifully maintained. The room had excellent temperature control, a genuinely comfortable bed and pillows and thoughtful lighting options that made it easy to settle in. The artwork throughout the space added warmth and character. The charming back patio is a lovely place to sit with coffee and the light filled breakfast room makes the mornings feel calm and unhurried. Breakfast was exceptional — truly European in style and quality. Fresh pastries, cereal, yogurt, berries, hard boiled eggs and excellent coffee each morning. It felt curated and generous. A peaceful, well run place to stay.
