Our Rooms Comfortable and cosy, all rooms are provided with private bath. The structure is made up of many rooms, single (possibility to add extra beds) and double. The Bed & Breakfast has two entrances: the first one on Via Aurelia (which goes along the Vatican Walls). The second one on Via Innocenzo XIII. All rooms are air conditioned, provided with heating, hairdryer and television. Breakfast on request (extra) The first meal of the day is served from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. in the morning, in a provided hall. Linen Bed and bathroom linen are changed every two days. More frequent changes at the request of our guests. Parking Lot It is possible to make use of our free parking lot (not supervised). WiFi Access It is possible to make use of your own pc by a wireless connection. To Remember! Check in time is from 10.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. arrivals out of hours will be charged with an extra (it depends on arrival time and number of rooms) Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time in advance by email or by a phone call. Expected Check out is until 10.00 a.m. If necessary, in agreement with the owners, you can keep the room till 03.00 p.m. (paying out 50% of the daily rate). After that time an extra night will be charged.
