"Basin Hotel was accommodating in every way possible!"

Basin Hotel is one of the friendliest hotels I have had the pleasure to visit. Our room was not ready when we first arrived, so we were given a much bigger and nicer room for no extra charge. We only had to wait a few minutes to be driven to the Crescent Hotel to eat breakfast and to participate in a ghost tour. We had a wonderful experience with the Basin Hotel and cannot wait to visit again.

"Very old Hotel but Unique"

It's like stepping back in time. Walkable to so many cute shops. Restaurant at Hotel is really good. The Room is old but clean. Great little place to stay in Eureka Springs.
