The cool thing about Haley Hotel is that it is located in the Historic Downtown Santa Barbara area, within walking distance of MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation and Presidio Santa Barbara.
Just a block off State Street, it was close to everything. We rode our bikes to the SB Bowl and it was super easy. It is cute but. We were on the upper level on the street and didn't hear the night club at all.
