"Cozy bed great pool lovely staff"

The staff were pleasant and attentive. I use a walker and deaf. The staff adapted with grace. Cheerful staff. One member particularly stood out. He was a “Trainee” at the front desk. Before I registered I parked on the lot and was coming into the building when I hit the speed bump and jammed into my walker, disrupting my suitcase. A pleasant helpful young man immediately came to my aid and swiftly corrected my balance. The next day, the same young man was behind the front desk ! He is a keeper! 'Omar' continued to show excellence in his actions.
