The Hampton Inn Hayward/Oakland was a pleasant surprise! The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and I received several texts inquiring how our stay was going and asking if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again!
Evelyn who was working the front desk was very friendly. She was able to get me into my room early. On my departure she was able to a taxi for me. Extremely customer service oriented.
Great front desk lady rooms were clean and morning “help yourself” breakfast with many options.
