Whether booking the state-of-the-art Belle Epoque function room for the day, or booking the whole hotel for exclusive use, our team will ensure your every need is catered for. Ultimate privacy awaits in the Belle Epoque room equipped with wi-fi, LCD projector (HDMI compatible),drop down screen, flip charts, sound system,stationery,bottled water and air conditioning. With natural daylight this room is the perfect setting for smaller conferences with a 20 delegate capacity boardroom style and up to 40 theatre style. Ample tea and coffee with home made biscuits and cake is provided throughout the day along with a choice of lunch options. In addition sumptuous private dinners can be arranged in the evening. We can arrange delegate activities and entertainment from wine tasting, team building activities such as cookery and cocktail making lessons, organised treasure hunts and a relaxing massage, to visits to Brighton’s theatres, attractions, clubs, bars, and restaurants. For the more adventurous, we can even arrange activities ranging from beach volleyball, deep sea fishing and diving, to sailing and wind-surfing!
