We stayed here for one night, we had business in Fairbanks. Ate at their restaurant, it was EXCELLENT! Love the hotel decor. We could see the reindeer through the window. Walked to the I love Alaska sign. Went to the world ice art championship! They have an ice cream social hour, bar in the hotel. Clean rooms!

A very beautiful hotel! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and their shuttle was on demand.
Movie was special. I read all the cabin bios. Intetesting.
Mom and I took the train from Wasilla to Fairbanks not getting to the hotel until about 8:30 p.m. had a fabulous dinner of the best shrimp chowder and burger! We ended our evening on the deck overlooking the Chena River around a fire pit with a glass of wine! It was fabulous and the ambiance was great, the beds were super comfortable the room was very clean! When we walked in initially to the front desk there was a line of people and Iwas a little disheartened, lo and behold the six people in front of me went really fast as they had about four people on staff! Got us to our room in a quick manner and it was awesome all the way around! Got a ride back to the train station early a.m. the next morning the driver was fabulous courteous and helpful! I only took about 6 minutes to get to our destination! Would always recommend this hotel again!
