"Everything was great"

We arrived early and were able to check in right away. We also had a late departing flight and were able to request a late check out. Housekeeping kept the room replenished and clean daily. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Our stay was nice. We were able to get a room but on the 22nd floor. Not happy, was it punishment. But the hotel was awesome and location. Cleaning service excellent. Would stay again but not on 22nd floor.

Our room on the 9th floor had a grand view of both falls and we enjoyed the fireworks from here! Our room was large and very comfortable.

"30th Anniversary"

We had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Falls view. Agnes at check in was extremely helpful in making sure we could check in a tad early. Hong took great care of our room, replaced our non working coffee maker and kept things neat and tidy. Our view from our room was gorgeous! The location, cleanliness, staff and parking garage were all great. Would recommend to anyone who hasn't seen the falls. The roof too pool is a nice space as well.
