"Everyone very nice."

Great place, very clean, Staff was excellent except when we booked the room from the website and called the actually number at the hotel that was listed it apparently was forwarded to a third party. Is Marriott aware of this? We lost out on our discounts AND my Marriott Bonvoy points. Can they be credited ? member #505003509.
