I have always had remarkable stays at the BW Frontier Plus. The front desk staff is always on top of everything, both in person and if I call direct to make reservations. This is the only hotel I will stay at when in Cheyenne, WY.
I needed an ADA accessible room and wanted to be as close to the pool as possible for some pool therapy. Karen was amazing! She put us in a beautiful ADA accessible suite on the first floor close to the exit and the pool! She gave us an awesome recommendation for dinner and was very helpful our entire stay. I'm also a travel agent so cannot wait to recommend my clients this hotel. It's a very well maintained, beautiful hotel in a fairly quiet area that is easy to get to. Best Western is already our favorite brand but this made it so much better! Thank you Karen! And thank you Best Western for always doing an amazing job!
I always prefer Best Western Plus for my travel stays. always clean and super breakfasts. my only setback is not having a mat in tub to prevent slips but desk clerk gave me another side mat that catches water on outside..when it got wet it stayed in place and was solid..in the future it would be nice to have it available..other than that..excellent housekeeping..very clean rooms and friendly staff..thank you for being the best for me.
The room was perfect and breakfast exceeded expectations.
Most comfortable bed we have had in a hotel, even newer hotels! Good service!
