Everyone was very helpful. We came from a very small town and walking in the BIG CITY was quite the experience. Our Hotel stay at The Westin of Cincinnati was very, very nice! The trolley was even a plus for us! Thank You! Definitely will stay at this Hotel if we ever return for any reason.

I had an evening event and my wife was meeting other wives of the same organization. I have stayed in Cincinnati a few times as because it makes more sense instead of driving home.
It was a very pretty hotel and it was nice being downtown. Room service was delicious.

It was a very pretty hotel and it was nice being downtown. Room service was delicious.
Looking forward to staying at the Fountain Square Westin for the 22nd time. From the front desk to house keeping, to all I've encountered, they are fantastic.
We stayed two days
The bed was comfortable! The bathroom is tiny and very poorly laid out. The door is in the way of the toilet and the door Stopper is in front of the shower. So When you step out you have to be careful not to put your bare foot square onto a metal doorstop!! The mirror is broken. The caulk has mildew behind it and needs replaced. The people across the hall were drunk and yelling and slamming doors until one am. Will stay elsewhere next time.
