We were given the choice of an accessible room immediately upon arrival, something that we had not asked for. The facility and thoughtful design, along with the helpful concierge, made everything seamless.
The parking garage is a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise, everything else was great! Clean, convenient location for everything we wanted to do, pool was clean and warm and the chocolate chip cookie at check in was SO good.
