"Staff accommodating always pleasant and welcoming comfortable bed and room"

From Nanaimo. Two very quiet nights February 23 and 24, 2026. This has been my preferred hotel for many years when I stay in West Vancouver for medical appointments, when it's available. Staff is helpful, very accommodating and always friendly. Spacious room. Clean. Large windows, a big plus for me. Renovations giving hotel a nice facelift. Robson Street very active, lots of restaurants and shops. Once feeling recovered from medical treatments, I would like to come back for a couple nights and enjoy a little vacation, exploring more. Highly recommend this older, full of character hotel.
