This was our 2nd time staying in the last two years. Less than 50 yards from the Pantages Theater. We will return.
As a birthday gift to myself every year, I book a stay in a hotel downtown Toronto area. I've been to four so far and this is the only one I've returned to now. Everything from the location, the room quality, the bathroom, beds, etc is clean and comforting. I was even given a top floor room which was pretty exciting. I definitely can see myself returning again next year.
The customer service was excellent. Particularly, Adi at the front desk provided excellent client service and was committed to helping me.
Stayed in a deluxe king which had a mini kitchenette (including fridge and stove). The room was nice, the location of the hotel was excellent. I could literally see the Eaton Centre within walking distance from my window. The downstairs restaurant was pretty mediocre (service wise) for breakfast. Ultimately would stay here again.
Well situated in downtown Toronto and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The room was great. Perfect size for two girls for a few days. The location was also awesome, we could walk wherever we wanted to go.
Excellent location, good service and nice room. Great Hotel.
