We had been trying to get a refund due to a family emergency. I supposedly booked through a 3rd party which I didn't realize. We arrived at the property and it was 100% not as described. Extremely run down and disgusting. One person doing all the parts, front desk, house keeping etc. she was kind, gave me managers number and the manger was rude. Still working on a refund. We did not stay here.
