From the moment I engaged with the hotel employees, everyone was so kind. The staff, at all levels, was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help. For example: I needed to consolidate room arrangements do that I could be in the same room for two nights running and this was accommodated. As an early morning arrival from the airport, it was wonderful to have the hold luggage system in place. Thank you to all who make this place run efficiently and with good will toward visitors!
We stayed here for two nights prior to our Alaskan cruise. Great location, excellent staff, concierge assistance was outstanding and sharing ideas on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend staying here.
