The rate is for a 2-bedroom condo. It has a full kitchen, dining area for 6, living room, and large outdoor covered patio. There are 2 large bedrooms with a king bed in each bedroom and the living room has a sofa, chair, futon and large" TV. Our condos are the same size, layout, setup, and location. The futon folds into a 3rd bed and is in the living room.
The rates above are for up to 4 people in any condo. Rates and fees are subject to tax, a standard 1-time cleaning fee, and an extra guest fee per night will be applied if there is a 5th and/or 6th guest. 6-person maximum occupancy in any unit includes all children.
