Percentage of total revenue of the ordered services must be paid
60 days before the arrival date - 50% of the total revenue
30 days before the arrival date 100% of the total revenue
Additional charges, such as meeting packages ordered after pre-payment and extra charges on spot, must be paid in the Hotel during the stay.
Cancellation/Attrition deadline
Percentage of total revenue from the ordered services the hotel agrees to cancel without penalty
until 61 days before the arrival - 100% of the total revenue
from 60 days until 30 days before the arrival - 50% of the total revenue
from 29 days until 1 day not possible to cancell the group without charges.
2 weeks before the arrivals - 1 rooms can be cancelled free of charge
No-show: In case of a no-show, 100% of the whole period will be charged.
