- Rate offered of $149 is for a studio king suite with one king bed plus a full-size pullout sofa sleeper in large open floor plan suite. We can offer a rate of $159 for one-bedroom king suites and $169 for one-bedroom double queen suites. We can block up to 15 rooms and the block would be split between the 3 room types. All suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, twin burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
