The Wichita Wildlife Refuge with it's bison, longhorn cattle and prairie dogs. Medicine City. Mount Scott with it's beautiful views. Milano's Italian Restaurant with it's delicious salmon and fabulous bread!

Close to many things to see and do yet away from the metropolitan area hassles.
The museums were very interesting, as well as the drive up to medicine park.
Walmart, Home Depot,the people in general very friendly and helpful of out-of-towners. Good roads.
It appears, Lawton is growing and filled with hard working folks. If you drive south 15 miles and hang a right, there is a wildlife management area where you can take your shoes and socks off after working all day. But curfew is Sundown.

Lawton provides some good restaurants as well. Our favorite is Los Tres Amigos located across the street from the casino. Lawton also has a Brick-town brewery ( lots to choose from here ).

Nice friendly city. Enjoyed the Aquarium in Medicine Hills.
The city itself was nice and easy to navigate around.
Everything seem to be about 15 minutes away no matter where you needed to go.
There weren't many places to eat for every price range. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a mini golf and/or go cart track for the family. We always enjoy doing this on our vacations.
