Istanbul is a city with an European and Asian side; both separated by the Bosphorus. The popularity of the new town in the European side is trendy with neighbourhoods such as Taksim, Sisli and the Bosphorus border convenient for large events and meetings. For a cultural escapade, Sulthanamet in the old town is perfect for sightseeing events. On the other side, the Asian Istanbul is growing in popularity with its beautiful and natural landscape that attracts corporate incentive groups with more attractive hotel rates.
I loved going to the Hagia Sophia. What a fabulous step into the past. I also loved shopping at Jenifer's Hamam.
