Guam is a second home for me as I am working there quite often for 2-3 week stints. The Tumon area is a great tourist attraction with the awesome snorkeling in Tumon Bay and a plethora of higher end shopping outlets. My favorite areas of Guam are by far the secluded beaches. With a little hiking and persistence, you can find a private paradise to spend the whole day at and probably not see another human being!
