We needed a place to stop for the night in our travels and Mesquite was a fun place because we ended up at a Casino and played a few slot machines. It was fun.

We really enjoyed Mesquite. It would have been nice to have more food and restaurant options outside the casinos, but they do pretty good for a small town dependent on seasonal tourism.

Mesquite has always been dear to my heart. I traveled the state of Wyoming for 45 years on business. Talked about Mesquite with everyone. Only 80 miles from Vegas with lots of nice golf courses.
Customer service, restaurant buffet, overall very nice experience.
Has plenty of rooms, easy to make a reservation.
Katherine Steakhouse is excellent, could find a seat on a Blackjack table the new Sports Book is cool.
